Hope and Support Turning Cancer Patients Into Cancer Survivors
Since 2018, we’ve brought together cancer patients with cancer survivors and caregivers in support groups to provide encouragement, education and assist with their journey to healing.
ENHC is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization, founded by Dr. Uttam K. Sinha to provide education, resources, and support to head and neck cancer patients.

Bill Brummel, an award-winning filmmaker, survived throat cancer but lost his voice box in the process. To raise awareness of head and neck cancer survivorship, Bill produced and directed “Can You Hear My Voice?” The film follows the one-of-a-kind Shout at Cancer choir, whose members also had their voice boxes removed, as they prepare for the most ambitious concert they’ve ever performed.
Teri Chudnow
I would like to share my experience with an exceptional Otolaryngologist, Dr Uttam Sinha, who has made a significant impact on my life. In 2018, I faced an unexpected diagnoses of HPV throat cancer. My first oncologist presented me with daunting prognosis: chemo, surgery, and radiation were deemed necessary, failing which I would face a long painful and terrible end.
My husband who had 40 years of experience as a medical doctor, took it upon himself to conduct a comprehensive research which lead us to Dr Sinha . Upon examining my case Dr. Sinha swiftly determined that the cancer was isolated in my tonsils. He proposed a robotic removal of the tonsils. After the procedure I did not require the chemo or radiation. I was sent home to develop a discipline for mental health which included physical exercised and spend time with my spiritual well being. The recommended diet was a mediterranean.
My follow up visits at his practice is consistently one of a positive atmosphere that alleviates much of the anxiety associated with a medical visit due to his friendly and efficient staff.
My journey with Dr. Sinha has been nothing short of transformative.
